This 2 day course is suitable for any IT professionals who are interested in using the Waterfall model and how people have traditionally tried to deal with its shortcomings - including, but not limited to, Agile approaches.

The aim of the 1st day is to give an overview of these approaches enabling you to decide what might suit them in your environment.

The 2nd day looks at project management techniques and good practices that have been identified from Agile, and which can be applied in a Waterfall or Agile context.

The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide according to the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial for the PSM II exam. This course focuses on the business analyst role to be successful on Agile projects. JIRA Software is a powerful tool for Project Management and people tend to focus more on the tool than the method itself.

This instructor-led, live training introduces the participants to the power of Jira and Confluence, working together to serve the only purpose of helping the team to deliver successfully the product / project. The team will learn how to properly use these tools to be more efficient handling User Requirements, Testing, Communication, centralized in one place.

Will be studied JIRA projects, Confluence spaces, workflows, boards (Kanban & Scrum), planning and dependencies, Jira/Confluence linkage, reporting, important fields and custom fields, issue types, screen & filtering.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Create a Scrum or Kanban project
• Configure Jira to manage the project properly
• Manage issues effectively
• Build the necessary screen to handle issue types
• Create workflows and boards, and understand their interaction
• Perform basic and advanced searches and analysis

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

The Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM II) course is a 2-day Advanced Scrum Master course designed to support experienced Scrum Masters in their professional journeys.  This course is a combination of instruction and facilitated exercises looking at the challenges that Scrum Masters face and how the principles and values of Scrum help them to deal with those situations. 

The training allows you to familiarize yourself with the knowledge, techniques, tools and practices in the field of project management based on the "Scrum framework" from the perspective of the Scrum Master - the leader responsible for understanding and applying Scrum, efficiency.

The training is dedicated to people interested in implementing Agile approaches in the organization, people participating in projects, project managers implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in projects.

The training consists of a substantive part, workshops and practical examples. As part of the training, participants are prepared for certification - Scrum Master through a test exam and have the opportunity to take the certification exam.
